Quick Results and Notes from ECWA 47th Anniversary Show, Sat, Sept 6, 2014 in Newark, DE - Team CK were stripped of the ECWA Tag Team Championship due to their failure to appear. Greek God Papadon and Ricky Martinez confronted CKs manager, Renee Michelle, in the ring. In another turn of events, Martinez attacked Papadon to reveal their short lived allegiance was only a ruse to catch the former 2x ECWA Champion off guard! Match 1: Extreme Redneck Chuck Payne with Referee Phil Sly and his legal counsel vs Dirty Money vs Oz Tyler vs Kao Storm Winner: Kao Storm. Match 2: Boss s challenge: Matt Saigon vs Michael Little Mikey Spanos with Michael Tartaglia Clutch Adams, Mikeys tag team partner in other promotions, tried to assist him, but was unsuccessful. Winner: Matt Saigon ... Saigon in now 3-0 in the Bosss Challenge ... He needs to win two more matches to get a Heavyweight Title Match ... if he loses either match he is gone from ECWA forever ... also following the match, the Boss disowned Mikey! Match 3: Kid USA vs ECWA DEVELOPMENTAL TALENT Brandon Winner: Brandon After this match, Referee Phil Sly led Chuck Payne to the ring to attack Brandon. Kid USA stopped the assault, then paused and removed his mask. To the shock and disappointment of ECWA fans, the two continued to beat down Brandon. Moments later, Oz Tyler ran in to save Brandon, but he too was beaten down by the duo of Payne and the former Kid USA!!! Match 4: ECWA Mid-Atlantic Title Match/Dog Collar Chain Match: Heart Killer Chris Wylde vs Madman Mark Harro with Special Guest Referee Kao Storm Winner and new Mid Atlantic champion Mark Harro! Kao Storm attacked Chris Wylde at end of the match. After the match, Mark Harro handcuffed Chris Wylde to the ring! Than he used a kendo stick on Wylde. Former ECWA Heavyweight Champion Kekoa the Flyin Hawaiian came to Wydes aid. Match 5: Arm Wrestling Macth: Referee Phil Sly with legal counsel vs Mr. Ooh La La with Coach Jim Shorts Winner: Referee Phil Sly. Following the match, Ooh La La challenged Sly to an 8-Man HEROES vs VILLIANS MATCH II on Sat, Oct 25 at Sports and More in Sewell, NJ. It will be Team Sly vs Team Ooh La La!!! Match 6: Ricky the Model Martinez with Renee Michelle vs Greek God Papadon Winner: Ricky Martinez In this match, Renee Michelle kissed Referee John Finegan to distract him. Later she was kicked by Papadon. When the referee checked on her, Ricky blindsided Papadon and won the match. Match 7: ECWA Heavyweight Title Match: Bobby Shields (c) vs Napalm Bomb with Joel Blackhart Winner: Bobby Shields Thanks to Jessica Bullion for help with results!
