So, a third of our staff is leaving this week. They are spreading their wings and flying off to college. We here at Buon Cibo thank them for all their hard work over the past couple of years and wish them good fortune. That having been said, please be patient with us as we are training a lot of newbies. Hopefully this process will happen smoothly, but if you are a victim of a mistake in the next few weeks, please be patient and let Katie, Josh or Curtis know immediately, and we will take care of it the best we can.
