Quick update- After seeing how busy the 7pm class was tonight I think its a good idea I start having a booking system again for the classes so they dont get over crowded so you can get the out of your workout.. 7.30pm and the 8pm had plenty of space on them. Starting from January Im gonna add a 6.30pm class Monday and Wednesday too to try give extra space for people. Also going to look at getting some matting down in the next week or so as its getting far too slippery with the cold weather and hot bodies inside. Class tomorrow morning at 10am.. If you can make the morning classes then come to them as its a lot quieter and youll have a lot of space to run wild ;) Feed back on class times days ect is very much approached..
