Quick update on Ian. Went to court this morning - he was very defiant - told me to shut up when I was speaking to the judge. I left so angry. This afternoon he called me almost breaking down asking me for forgiveness. Thank God, because I was so depressed all day. He will be in juvenile detention until Jan 5 - then we will have court to review release or continued stay (depending on behavior) - then back to court to review probation violation. Thanks for all the prayers. As mean as this sounds - Ian is exactly where he needs to be right now. No talking in the world would have stopped his downhill spiral.
