Quick update then off to bed got an early morning! We have the very back room mostly set on one table to re-assemble that will be the baking area! The floors in the entire restaurant have had to be scraped to the concrete and painted so every room has been gutted to the walls and floors! Anyhow the the food storage room is mostly done except we need more food lol, but it is set for now! The kitchen has a few touches to finish like putting the very heavy oven in the bakery part in back, thats tomorrow :( anyhow the kitchen is about toreador for a re hook and lighting of pilots getting a good boil out and then in goes the oil. That will get her ready! Then the server station area is coming along, we have the dining room ready to scrape the carpet is pulled and a few tiles will have it ready to paint, reset and build a wall! We have a few dishes to do and put away, but we are chugging along pretty well! We will be pen and papering it for a while but it will be ok! Keep on keepin on!
