Quickie reminder: how you eat day after day is exactly what you become good at. It’s what becomes effortless for you. So if week after week, month after month you practice the all-or-nothing 100% clean OR bingeing approach (deprive-then-binge cycle), you will get damn good at it! I was a pro for years :) And unless you find the will to YANK YOURSELF out of it and the courage to try a new approach, you’ll get even better at it! Like Tony Robbins says, “If you do what you’ve always done, you’ll get what you’ve always gotten.” Can’t generate a new outcome using the same old crash dieting tactics.
