Quite proud of our youngest Courtney Lewis and our eldest Ashley - TopicsExpress

Quite proud of our youngest Courtney Lewis and our eldest Ashley Lewis the love, support, commitment, determination, and prayers for their sister, Brandi Lewis. Ashley helps when we are in Atlanta. Courtney graduates from USA in December so this is a busy semester for her. With the help of amazing friends, Alex Page, Meghan Hadley, Wendy Graham Hadley and many others she was able to accomplish something quite extraordinary. Hats off to THE UNIVERSITY OF SOUTH AL FACULTY, STAFF, STUDENTS, ORGANIZATIONS, ETC. & THE STUDENT CENTER for your love, support and commitment. Grateful to you ALL. Prior to the bone marrow drive, Courtney spent many weeks/hours prepping, visiting, speaking and informing sororities, fraternities, on campus organizations, etc. about the importance of joining the bethematch.org registry. You go girl! We r proud parents and Our Heavenly Father is a proud daddy. Rachel Harris who works with bethematch spoke really highly of Coco. The drive was labeled as a tremendous success. AAMDS Foundation tweeted on the drive. Fox10 in Mobile did a segment with Coco concerning the drive. Our prayer is that Brandi along with many others are blessed from this drive. What God has for you, it is for you! We walk by FAITH, not by sight. Just trusting you Jesus. Update on Brandi. Both red blood cells and platelets are extremely low so we are getting transfused both today. Tomorrow will be our third visit to the doctor this week. Continued prayers for her body, mind, spirit, soul etc. Praying for response to the treatment. Dad is amazing and keeps her laughing. I am just an emotional little being. Trying not to overwhelm others, but we are thankful for you. Love you All.
