ORGANIZATION BACKGROUND: RADHEE Disaster and Education Foundation is a registered charitable organization, founded in 2010, which work is for social cause to reduce the aftermath of disasters, accidents, and health emergencies through awareness, planning and training. RADHEE’s objective is to reduce disabilities and deaths by enabling RIGHT HELP EARLY HELP to the victims. JOB DESCRIPTION/ RESPONSIBILITIES: The Project Coordinator shall report to, and assist the Managing committee in facilitating the activities of the ‘Give way for Emergency Vehicles’ Project and service delivery provision of designed action with different stake holders, as well as prepare reports on the status of service delivery. The Project would require the project coordinator to travel and temporarily station in different cities across India. Key Roles and Responsibilities: - 1. Establish contact in new city to compete the task in given time frame. 2. Coordinate with key stake holders in the government, NGOs, and corporate organizations 3. Arrange meetings for the Founder Director with government stake holders, 4. Follow up on all official communication 5. Manage the events 6. Manage the local level team (2 local staff and interns) 7. Document activities and prepare reports on program status, as instructed. 4. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES: Qualifications: A Bachelor’s Degree from a reputed Institution/ University Working Computer knowledge Good conversational and communication skills and team management is added qualification Experience: Skills and Competencies: (1) Fluency in local language (2) Working knowledge of English and Hindi (3) Confident and self-driven (4) Willing to relocate to project city for 1-2 month duration (5) Good team player 5. COMPENSATION OFFERED: The offer made to the selected candidate shall be commensurate with qualifications, experience and salary history. 6.
