RANT ALERT! Telstra, you SUCK. Sneaking that excess data charge onto my bill- the one we DISCUSSED at length, which you agreed was unfair and said youd waive- SNEAKING it onto my bill anyway and hoping Id not notice? That is scummy. And this matters because: You need to know. Use the free internet chat to complain, not the phone. At the end save the chat to your computer. Because then you can quote their interaction number back to them, and tell them you have a copy of the chat, and tell them that if that charge gets sneaked into the bill again youll be going straight to the ombudsman, not to Telstra complaints. And they have to suck it up. :)
