RANT: Ive been buying from fabric for a long time now and never have had to call their customer service till today. I just wanted to add a yard to the yardage I already had ordered and found out I couldnt because of the method in which I paid. Ok, I get it and I will file that for future use. But the manor in which I was told and the rest of the call was dealt with, was not pleasant at all. I may have to question my purchase locations if customer service is to be like this on the off chance I will need to use it. Bottom line: Fabric is a great place to look for the fabric you need...........as long as you dont need to talk to customer service. I REALLY hope that this was just one representative on an off day.
