RANT: Lost my internet, checked all connections and reboot modem (23 minutes) reported it via a web-form after going through endless prompts (26 minutes), they emailed, Problem Solved. Still no internet. Call to say still broken, and reminded them they just replaced the pole behind my house while they insisted it was my problem (37 minutes). Service guy arrives in his 4 hour window on a beautiful Saturday morning to say, The problem was on the pole and their contractor didnt hook me up when they transferred to the new pole (109 minutes). Receive their email, How did we do? Decide to call them and demand an adjustment to my bill. Response we can offer you a $11.15 discount on your next bill (53 minutes). Really? CenturyLink sucks... I can not wait for the ability to connect into the (non-CenturyLink) fiber-optic line that runs by my house! /RANT #FirstWorldProblems
