RANT OF THE DAY Mobility Scooters I have just come back from shopping and saw a lady in a mobility scooter driving like she would give Lewis Hamilton a run for his money. I would like to see a speed limit on these machines when they are in a shopping precinct. A toddler would not stand a chance against one of the machines let lone the rest of us. I have seen these machines tip over before now. I am not against them for people who genuinely need them. Just please watch how fast you are driving on the pavement.
