RANT TIME!!!!! I appreciate totally that doctors receptionists have a difficult and pressured job. However, when I ring for the 5th time to ask for an appointment for my son who has to see a doctor to get a repeat prescription and whose medication has now run out, and am told something totally different AGAIN, Im afraid that I will have to get a bit grumpy and shouty. Roll on 8am tomorrow morning! If it wasnt for the fantastic docs, I would have moved surgeries a long time ago.
