Samanthat is so, so sweet and returns your attention with head butts and requests for more petting. Shes absolutely purr-fect.” This lovely lady was surrendered due to the BS “allergies” excuse. Ahchoo! Samantha was living with their family for several years and all of a sudden someone became allergic? Puh-leeze. Not only that--Samantha was adopted out of the ACC years ago and the family that supposedly loves her, brings her back to the Cat Hell. Samantha gets along with children. In fact, her family asked that she go to a home with kids “because she loves them.” Samantha, a chunky monkey at a whopping 15.6 lbs., won’t be going to ANY home if we don’t advocate for her tonight. The ACC is planning to kill her tomorrow afternoon to free up some space. If Samantha looks confused, it’s because she can’t imagine why she was surrendered after being a faithful feline friend for so many years. We have to help write a happy ending to this senior’s sad tale. Won’t you please be beginner Samantha’s rescue angel and return her to where she rightfully belongs—snuggled up on the sofa next to her special purrson?
