Does your Resident Council have officers? How often do you meet? How is it determined which residents participate? Do you have subcommittees and or ad hoc committees? Do you plan an agenda ahead of time? How are residents notified of Resident Council meetings? Does someone take minutes? Where are the minutes kept? Is attendance taken at each meeting? Are officers introduced? Are new residents introduced and welcomed? Is old business discussed? Are concerns and complaints addressed and followed-up / corrected? Is new business discussed? Are activities reviewed and discussed? Are suggestions taken and discussed for new activities? Are facility procedures discussed?
