RAVE: VistaPrint. Those people are awesome. The quality they provide is top notch and their customer service is fantastic. Just now, there was some confusion with the billing on my most recent order. I had used a Groupon voucher that I had purchased ($100 in merchandise for only $35). My original order only came to $77.00. When I checked out, I was provided with a bonus for two more items at $27.00. I went ahead and purchased them, thinking theyd be covered by the voucher. When all was said and done, I was charged the extra $27.00. I contacted them today, explained the situation, and without any further explanation on my end, they immediately refunded me my $27.00. Ive been a long time fan of VistaPrint, and this has only increased my loyalty to them. Kudos, VistaPrint!
