RE ANOTHER COLLECTION OF VIDEOS on YOUTUBE I dont know why I come across this stuff I do. Im certainly not looking for it! However, I came across this video on a website while looking for something prophecy related. It is produced by some group in the UK called Adventist Times. I went to the actual youtube site it was linked to, to watch, so I could get a good URL. And so here it is... https://youtube/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=sOn55QyG3hs I watched this one all the way through. Its a good video, and there are many more under the name of this MsLadyGracie as well, obviously, from the links on the videos youtube page. The video starts off with a GC pastor, in the UK, teaching some questionable things. But I kept watching. Then there is this person in the audience countering him. O Good, I thought--I felt relieved. Then I said to myself this video is interesting... Then there was another pastor teaching questionable things. (The Ellen White quotes interspersed kept me watching the video...) Then they went into a section of people speaking around a microphone and the quality is not that good. It is very candid, and everything can be heard if one pays close attention. I thought the girl is straight on, with everything she says--and then I noticed that she is the one who does all those other videos the youtube page has links to, under the name MsLadyGracie. (There were some links to a David Mould video on the page as well. He had had some troubles in the past--so I was surprised hes there making videos again. They may or may not be worth watching, I dont know...) In case anyone would be interested in sitting through an hour and half of instruction like this, there are some things to look out for in this video I ended up watching: 1] At 5:27 to 7:53, The video provides the second pastor exhibit, Ill call it--featuring a Eddie Hypolite. He is portrayed trying to draw attention off people focusing on the Book of Revelation. This is very similar to what happened to me a while in an email discussion group, which I described in the preceding posts. Yet there was an aspect of his message that should not be lost sight of. And that is not to lose focus on Jesus. It is possible for one to become so consumed with things of the devil that one loses sight of the ministry and work of Jesus, especially what He is up to right now. So there was a flip, positive, aspect of that message. But I would be safe to bet that this Eddie Hypolite, if he talked in detail about the work Jesus is doing right now for us and the nature of the relationship we need to have with Him, -- that he would go off into the new theology with that as well, and muddy up the waters on those subjects also. A good antidote to any of this is Ellen Whites Steps to Christ, and some of the attention drawn to this subject in chapters of The Great Controversy, and if they can find it, a compilation work of Ellen Whites writings called Christ in His Sanctuary. The book of Hebrews is also good, and of course, as the Pastor says, Pauls Epistle to the Ephesians, etc.. And of course lots of prayer. 2] At 11:14 or thereafter the guy sitting closest in the group around the microphone said New Theology. It sounded like euphology or something. What he was saying was New Theology. This is a reference to 5th Century Catholic Augustinian predestination theology attempting to enter into mainstream Adventism through the General Conference, since the 1950s. It has made big inroads by this time--65 years later. There is more and more of an outcry against it, as is evidenced by these many of these type of videos and web pages popping up all over the internet. 3] At 22:00 the guy sitting next to Gracie mentioned about the image of the beast being set up before the mark of the beast shall be enforced. This is from Ellen Whites writings and I have addressed it on this facebook page. There is more to this than many think, and I believe a major element of it, if not the cornerstone, is the interpretation of the 14th Amendment person by the Supreme Court Justice Brandeis in the 1890s that has aligned the U.S. government and its subentites, as well as any entity such as a corporation that the U.S. or a State charters, after the pattern of the Roman Catholic fictional person or juridical person as codified in Roman Law, including its Canon Law. A little more on this--which I saw on a Rick Steves program on Public Television last night. He was in Rome, and mentioned about how all the Administrative Code of the Vatican State comes from the Gregoriana, which is the Jesuit University, which he also mentioned is not open to the public to visit. So the Vatican is under a perpetual Police State, because that is what Administrative Law is. It is not representational law, and the U.S. is just following suit. Again, other sources indicate that the U.S. itself became incorporated in the 1870s, during the reconstruction era. I go into more of this on this facebook page. 4] At 24:53 the guy sitting next to Gracie mentioned something about 7-7-7. I am not sure what he was referring to--I never heard of that before. 5] At 25:18, and again at 37:40, the guy in the tan jacket mentions about Dan. 11:40-45. He seems quite affected by these verses. I have never heard anyone make the particular references to these verses in the way I have on this facebook page. So I wonder if this person has come across the same type of information I have? He seems to have a burden to share gravity of the implications with his colleagues there... He also seemed to make an allusion to these verses as if --if they were understood in all their bearing, there would be a revival amongst SDAs in the churches. I felt he was may have been making a reference to these particular verses in relation to the black community within Adventism in particular, but I cannot say for sure on anything there. Its just what I felt when he was talking. 6] At 43:30 Ms. Gracie misspeaks and says foundation of God when the quote she had up there says foundation of the world. Similarly, Eddie Hypolite said flying two buildings into a skyscraper ... etc. People misspeak! Ok??? Some of the comments below the video on the youtube page make a big thing about him saying flying two builidings into a skyscraper. Because of that, I didnt want anyone who may watch the video to think anything more than is warranted about Gracie there saying something in error, especially when she has the quote there sitting right up there above her shoulder. Im sure I have plenty of little errors here and there all over this facebook page as well, although I try to ferret them out when and where I can. 7] At 1:06:30 she has a quote about the Willow Creek church and the Saddleback Churches. In the group discussion around the microphone, she identifies the book mentioned by the guy in the tan jacket The Purpose Driven Life, with the Willow Creek church. However, it was written by Rick Warren of the Saddleback Church. Both church entities are mentioned in that quote she has up there at that part of the video. Well it is an interesting video. I hope to get to watch some of the other Adventist Times videos soon. They are on the stack. May God Bless, MC
