RE: Assistance with utility bills, housing, food and other necessities. Its now the hottest part of the summer and we are again being inundated with requests for help with paying utilities and obtaining air conditioning units for those in need within our community. As most will already know, just about a month ago, we stopped our Pay it Forward program of helping needy people within the community. We did this after false and unfounded claims were made that we do not truly helping the people who come to us in need. At the same time, the group of individuals who made the false claims formed a group that is comprised of individuals who refuse to be identified with the stated purpose of stepping in and helping even more people in need and including those who can no longer the seek help of the community through us. To date, based upon reports from people who have gone to them for help, they have helped no one. We do now have another source of help for those who are in need with regards to rent, utility bills, food and other necessities. We do NOT know just how reliable this source is. Nor do we know what he requirements are for obtaining help from this group. However, we are willing to refer anyone who is in need to this new source of assistance. If you, or someone you know, is in need of help with utilities, rent, transportation, food, clothing or any other essential need, contact us through our inbox and we will refer you to the new group who says that they are ready and willing to help anyone who is in need within our communities.
