He describes the proceedings of the meeting in details. The witness later records another (STATEMENT B) denying having ever attended the meetings and saying he made up the whole story to fix Ruto. But the truth is that the meeting actually happened and the first account of the proceedings was accurate. Would you regard this witness as being Truthful or being a liar?
