The training aspect (6:35 p.m. bootcamp) is designed to increase lean-muscle capacity, thus improving metabolic rate. End Result: Burning calories while I sleep. Thats the key - Dont overindulge before bedtime (the most susceptible to time to eat sweets or saturated foods). Just have a tall glass of water or green tea and start the next DAY on the RIGHT FOOT!
