REALLY having fun looking at modern office space design (again;-). Its time to dust off the dream, allow myself to believe and start acting on it. First step: SEE IT. Im seeing BIG...beyond myself and my income, beyond my sphere of influence. Connecting with the right leaders & influencers, establishing the right core people so that we actually CREATE jobs, make a REAL difference in the lives of people and their families...and of the community. I see a work atmosphere of high creativity, collaboration, productivity, and joy. And you know what? Im not afraid to publicly put it out there- because as one foot steps in front of the other each day, this IS happening. SO, I want to encourage YOU this evening- ITS NEVER TOO LATE. Whatever you believe is unqualifying you, recognize it as a lie and drop it. If you need to learn, learn! If you need to network, network! If you need help, ask! And when you need to rest- rest.
