#REALTALK with Jofin Ive been dating my boyfriend for almost 2 years now. He was really sweet and respectful; he never jokingly called me names in the beginning.Now that hes comfortable with me things have changed a little. He calls me names and says hurtful things, but he always says hes joking and that Ishouldnt take it to heart. He was really sensitive in the beginning of our relationship, he cried when he told me he loved me. Ive stopped seeing my friends because he doesnt like them and he wont even try to get to know them or go with me tohang out. Sometimes he hates my family membersand tells them I shouldnt give them money or support. My boyfriend, lately, is not verysupportive of me. He doesnt encourage me when I tell him my ambitions and goals, and if I say I’ve had a bad day and tell him about it, I usually end up crying because he said something mean. If i cry because of something he has done he laughs and jokes around abouthow Im a big baby or he says things like Cry, cry, CRY!!Ohhh! bambishe’s going to cry. Ive feel very isolated and unhappy.
