REASONS WHY NIGERIA LEAGUE PLAYERS SUFFER AND WHY LMC MUST GO AND HOW IRABOR MESS UP MILLIONS OF NAIRA #MustReadForAll The League Management Company(LMC) was created By Bolaji Abdullahi the Former Minister of sports and Aminu Maigari the Former President of NFF,According to them it was a child of necessity to neutralise or defuse the Contentious sponsorship stalemate that brought the league to a halt. For me the choice of NDUKA IRABOR who was my Boss at NORICOMMS about 18 years ago as Chairman of LMC no doubt gives a lot of confidence knowing my former BOSS antecedents, independent mindedness and contentment,I personally stood by him and the LMC and at some point i have to use my office as special Adviser to Kano State Governor on Sports to Support the LMC and to make sure KANO PILLARS support to the rebellion organized by ClubOWNERS/MANAGERS was withdrawn immediately, not only that i make sure i was on my Boss His Excellence the Executive Governor of Kano State dead at Night to ensure that Council memo was ready for consideration for the approval of all The requirements circulated by LMC. I was the first person to get approval for 100m Bond,Re structured the Management,paid all our outstanding liabilities with CAC,Increased our share capital form 1million in 1990 to 5million in 2014,appointed a company Secretary,Prepared a harmonized salary structure for our players etc. The LMC agreed and even issued a statement that KANO pillars is the only club that has fulfilled the requirement of LMC. The day LMC shoot itself on the foot was when it lowered the bar and reduced the 100m Bond to 25million as a concession following the Court case by GIWA and NEMBE and also pressure form the Premier League Clubs,I was shocked and I called NDUKA IRABOR and asked him what happened? he said it was for every 9 matches 25million, if a club does not pay after 9 matches it has to recharge with another 25million to get Playing Time for another 9 matches I. said to myself that i though the stubbornness of my BOSS,his intelligence and strength of Character will not allow that to happen. Unfortunately for him he has a contractor called SHEHU DIKKO and a SALIHU ABUBAKAR who said FOOTBALL is HARAM and yet he is the CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER of our League,FOOTBALL HARAM (UNLAWFULL). I remembered challenging him on that he said it was the latest FATWA meaning Islamic Decree,It was at that time i know that our League is out for destruction. The LMC a good concept but with a faulty foundation,Let us look at the following: 1, The Directors of LMC BOLAJI ABDULLAHI,AMINU MAIGARI,NDUKA IRABOR,SALIHU ABUBAKAR,they said they were to hold shares as a trust for sometime,Now how long have they hold the shares? 2. Who does the LMC reports to? 3. Which kind of Company without AGM? 4. when they were starting they claimed that SHEHU DIKKO borrowed them 90million,who approves the borrowing and what are the conditions precedent? 5. After collecting about 650million from GLO sponsorship and paid clubs 220million,the LMC said it retains the balance of 430million for running of the League,HMMMMMMM,How much referees are paid per match?How much are Match Commissioners paid per match?How much do the Board members of LMC collect every weekend for match assessment(INDEPENDENT).?Is GLO Money the Only money that was paid to LMC by sponsors? Who are the other sponsors and how much do they pay?What are the bank accounts of LMC and who are the signatories? 6. As it is today how many clubs actually paid the 1,2 and 3rd 9million? 7. Players are still being owed accrued salaries. 8. Clubs are still being owed by LMC. 9. Corruption is still the order of the day in our league. 10. Nigerian League is the NUMBER ONE LEAGUE in the world that has the highest Number of HOME GAMES win Courtesy THE SUN newspaper research. Therefore the LMC did not meet our expectations when w supported its creation,NEXT HOW NPFLWAS KILLED FOR CONTRACTORS TO TAKE CHARGE AND THOSE WHO SAID FOOTBALL IS HARAM.
