If anyone is in the area, and can drop off any food for the remaining animals, it would be greatly appreciated. We did not see any food in any of the kennels as we were there. If you are in the area, the address is: 2056 CR 161, Moulton , AL. Can drop it off there. They are closed tomorrow. We will try to figure out a place to drop off and have volunteers to take to the shelter. Photo LAWRENCE COUNTY ANIMAL SHELTER CLOSING These are the reamining dogs that were at the shelter today. People are continuing to drop off dogs at the gate. So there may be more in need. Rescues have 2 weeks, 5 days to get the remaining dogs out of the shelter. Some of these were pulled today, and we will ask Amy Mansell and Judith Gibson to confirm any that we missed posting that they have left the premises. There is one lab that they told us had rescue and was to be picked up this afternoon. We did not get a pic of that dog. There is also an English bulldog, a collie mix, an elderly beagle, and a bull terrier that the owner says are personal dogs and will remain on the property. By: Suzanne Carter
