RED LODGE, MONTANA: Convicted horse abuser Teresa "Terry" Martin and her husband Jack had pleaded no contest in 2011 to 26 counts of felony aggravated animal cruelty and originally received deferred/suspended sentences. However, they both violated a requirement not to own any animals after 12 horses were found in poor condition last July. Teresa Martin will now serve 2 years in prison (13 years of the original 15-year prison sentence given by Carbon County District Court Judge Blair Jones was suspended).
