REFLECTION FOR FRIDAY WEEK 1 OF LENT EZEKIEL 18:21-28/ MATTHEW 5:20-26. Repentance n conversion remains a necessity in this season. It is the will of God to unite men in himself so he wills that even the worst sinner will have a place in him only if he converts n repents of his sins. But it will be sorrowful for the righteous to face condemnation at the moment of death cuz he died in sin. Meanwhile time is limited for us so pls repent now n turn to the Lord who does not will the death of the sinner. Jesus speaks to our hearts today when he says we must live a little above the pharisees, scribes n the general order in our world today. We must face the root of our sins n evil. Anger can leads us to do many unpleasant things n we are cautioned to avoid it yet it is some times gud when we dont react to it aggressively. Reconcile with ur neighbour n God by doing penance as sinners. U may lose all u have in terms of grace n materials if u fail to be in a colloquium with ur neighbour. Repent n choose life; reconcile with God n ur neighbour n u will gain ur life n materials n grace. May the Lord be with us all. Amen
