REGULATION It is said ‘Na sreyo niyamam vina’ (There can be no happiness without regulation). Self control is necessary for regulating the outer world. And, that self control can be achieved by following certain rules and regulations, voluntarily. Ruling the outer world is Yamatathwa (in the domain of the Lord Yama), where as self control is termed as samyama (equanimity). Be it love, hatred, ego or pleasure- seeking, in every aspect of human life regulation in very much necessary. Krishna is one such individual who set an ideal in following regulation. Sathya Sai Baba
