RELIGIOUS-BELIEFS vs SPIRITUAL-EXPERIENCES: Many religious believing friends always sincerely express concern about my public expression of.....Universal Spirituality. Some of them even go to an extent of saying....We are praying for you to come back to....OUR LORD.....Notice the possessive pronoun....OUR. I wish they can give me enough time to explain to them how unhappy I was when I use to believe like them.....and how happy and fulfilled I AM in my journey as a Universalist.....with my family and friends and all people I relate with. My Universal Spiritual Journey did not start as a result of me just waking up one morning and told myself and the whole world that I AM NOW REJECTING EVERYTHING THAT I HAVE EVER BELIEVED......THE TRUTH IS I LITERALLY BELIEVED EVERYTHING IN THE HOLY GOOD BOOK......BUT I FELT BEING LET DOWN BY MY OWN BELIEFS.......IF YOUR BELIEFS ARE CONSISTENT.....ALL YOUR PRAYERS ARE BEING ANSWERED ACCORDING TO THE HOLY GOOD BOOK....IF EVERYTHING IS GOING WELL WITH YOUR RELIGIOUS-SYSTEM......GOOD FOR YOU.....NO STRESS. But with me......THE WHOLE SYSTEM WAS NOT WORKING FOR ME. I always tell people that whenever I sound very critical of....RELIGION.....I am not attacking anyones religious experience per se.....to the contrary....I AM DEALING WITH MY OWN EXPERIENCE OF RELIGION.......I am sure you have heard it said that....ONE MANS MEAT IS ANOTHER MANS POISON As for me other peoples religious meat is deadly poisonous to my liking. 8 years ago I had a Spiritual Experience..... That liberated me once and for all-good....pletely liberated me from a.....RELIGIOUS-BELIEF-BASED-LIFESTYLE........A THEOPHOBIC-LIFESTYLE......(theophobia is the fear of....A God....or any Deity) Universalists are.....SCHOLARS and SCIENTISTS.......WE STUDY......We embrace all Universal Principles from all traditions.....BOTH ANCIENT AND MODERN......WE ARE EXPOSED TO ALL YET ATTACHED TO NONE.......WE ARE NOT......BELIEF-BASED.....WE ARE......KNOWLEDGE-EXPERIENCED-EVIDENCE-BASED.......We do not necessarily REJECT anything.......WE JUST WANT.......SERVICE-DELIVERY.......SO TO SAY. Is your....GOD.....delivering on.....HIS PROMISES?.......Then you dont have anything to worry about.....debate about....stress about......PRODUCE THE EVIDENCE.......NOTHING BEAT A TESTIMONY. On that note I also sing with her.......WHEN IT COMES TO UNIVERSAL SPIRITUALITY.......I AM THE EVIDENCE OF UNCONDITIONAL LOVE. Every morning when I woke up......I KNOW THAT THE UNIVERSE LOVES ME UNCONDITIONALLY. Ladies and gentlemen......YOU MAY BELIEVE ALL YOU LIKE.....but if in.....YOUR CONSCIOUSNESS YOU FEEL LIKE YOUR GOD IS NOT HAPPY ABOUT YOU.....YOU HAVE TO BELIEVE THIS OR THAT TO PLEASE HIM.....YOU HAVE TO DO THIS.....PLANT THIS OR THAT.....FOR YOU TO BE BLESSED......THEN I AM TELLING YOU.....YOU ARE CAUGHT UP IN A VERY MISERABLE RELIGIOUS SYSTEM.....SUNDAY AFTER SUNDAY.....IT DOES NOT MATTER YOU ARE NOT GOOD ENOUGH.......Ask Me About It. It is not rejecting any beliefs with me per se........THE BELIEF-SYSTEMS THEMSELVES ARE FAILING THE BELIEVERS. I INTERVIEW ALL KINDS OF......RELIGIOUS PEOPLE......NEARLY EVERYDAY. Most of them sing the same song: OUR RELIGIOUS BELIEFS....ARE NOT DELIVERING AS THEY SHOULD.....WE VOTE FOR THEM EVERY SUNDAY.....BUT NO SERVICE DELIVERY Somebody talk to me about your RELIGIOUS BACKGROUND.
