REMINDER Dear parents and Carers I am taking this opportunity to remind you that we need you to collect your children promptly at the end of each session. We finish at 2.50pm on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday and at 11.50am Wednesday morning and 2.50pm Wednesday afternoon. We have strict collection times and penalties in place if these are not adhered to. You will be charged £5 if you are late and a further £5 per for every 15 mins thereafter. Collecting your children late has a knock on effect, not only for staff who need to collect their own children from schools, but also for your children who may get upset or distressed as to why they are the only ones left in the preschool. We understand that emergencies do happen and plans change but you need to inform us as soon as possible on 01869 600671, so that we can explain to your child, why you are not here on time, so that they do not become anxious when waiting.
