REMINDER: If you are volunteering in the field please have adequate Personal Protection Equipment including very sturdy shoes or boots, gloves (both work and nitrile), eye protection, hard hat in areas where objects may fall, N-95 respirator and sunscreen. Wear long sleeves and long pants, perhaps even a Tyvek suit where asbestos and insulation fibers may be present. Additional tips: Avoid working alone, take rest breaks, drink plenty of fluids, wear hearing protection near loud noise. Clean cuts right away and provide basic first aid. Seek medical help for more severe injuries. Safety always first.
