REMINDER : Submission of Progress Report This Semester All postgraduate students by research are compulsory to submit the Progress Report Semester 1 2014/2015 start on 15 December 2014 till 2 January 2015. We are pleased to inform that, all research students are compulsory to submit the Progress Report for this current semester. (Exemption for the new students who registered after 14 November 2014) Please prepare your report based on your project outline: -Introduction -Problem Statement -Objectives -Scope -Literature Review -Research Methodology -Data Collection -Analysis & Results -Thesis Submission You are also required to UPLOAD the Gantt chart of your research schedule (jpeg or any image format). Please follow these steps to submit your report to your supervisor. The due date for report submission is on 2 January 2015: 1.Go UMP Main Website then Login to your Student E-communication Menu on the right column. 2.Click on the Postgraduate Student on the menu in your E-comm. 3.Click on Progress Report Submission (This Login Box will appear from 15 December 2014 till 2 January 2015) 4.Click ADD New Report, then Fill in the form. There will be two pages of the form. You are allowed to edit your data entries. 5.Click SAVE to save your report. By pressing this button you can still edit your data input. 6.When you are sure that all data has been saved, Click SUBMIT button . A memo will be automatically sent to your main supervisor informing that you have submitted your progress report online. Once you have clicked the Submit button, you will not be able to edit the data entered. 7.Inform your supervisor you have submitted and request your supervisor to evaluate your report. Who are exempted from submitting the Progress Report this semester: New students who registered after 14 November 2014 Note :- Students who do not submit the Progress Report within the given period before 2 January 2015 will automatically be graded as Unsatisfactory (subject to Supervisors Verification).
