He was re-arrested, re-detained and mistreated because of his led campaign against child labour and civil rights abuses in Katsina State of Nigeria. More anger ensued because of questions on the misappropriation of the sustainable development programs funds by the government of Katsina. APC HRSJC campaign also called on INEC to list APC candidates for the November 2014 local government elections which were removed under moneyed lobby by the governor to create electoral condition to allow only PDP candidates in the race. With the Katsina Police Commissioner and Inspector-General of Police, Governor Ibrahim Shema is one of the PDP governors that behaves like Boko Haram (beheading children, parents, women, and men) without respect for life and commits fraud on sustainable development programs, state allegations, foreign and domestic loans; energizes himself to arrest, torture, poison in detention, and detain members of opposition including APC members and whistleblowers that question his illegal act – See https://facebook/video.php?v=925900190760315&set=vb.100000210273560&type=2&theaterOVER;https://groups.google/forum/#!topic/talk.politics.theory/w8pR0_ZLExs . APC is questioning over N500million sustainable development program uncounted for because over 24% of the children which this money was sourced for are still picking food from the dust bin across Katsina and he cannot be impeached because he is PDP governor and supported by President Goodluck Jonathan and the Inspector-General of Police. Comrade Sule has committed no crime before he was arrested, detained, and mistreated him including ordering the host police station to warn petitioners that any members of the petitioners and APC that my come to the police station should be arrested and detained. Petitioner pleaded to bring food for Comrade Sule because he was poisoned in the detention during the last detention and he narrowly escaped death and Petitioners’ plea was DENIED. Comrade Sule and others have been arrested and petitioners pursued a case against the governor through the UNHCHR, UNDP and world Bank, IMF etc because the issue at stake in Katsina is that the governor diverted the sustainable development programs fund over 24% of the children above average in Nigeria are still picking food from the dust bins on first part and Governor Shema lobbied INEC to remove the names of APC candidates for the November 2014 local government election on the second part. On the first part which led to Comr Sules first arrest and poison in detention, UN requested for submission but Governor quickly resolved the issue by releasing him, the Petitioner did not file law suit nature of malicious incarceration and government of Katsina promised that such arrest and detention will not happen again but this power intoxicated governor and commissioner of police and Inspector General of Police have arrested, detained and continue to mistreat Comrade Sule.
