*** REPOST FROM Lynae Dixon: 3 out of 4, that is the number of family members (including myself) who were FINALLY diagnosed with lyme disease in June 2013. I am in need of help. I myself have cardiac symptoms, brain fog, and joint pain and am processing and dealing with that as best I can; but my 9 year old son along with other symptoms has extreme emotional waves. Has anybody out there dealt with this?? If so, what is the best approach. The doctor has him on Cefdinir and Azithromycin (antbx) and just added Plaquenil, but has not addressed my concerns of almost bipolar like behavior. Telling me to be patient with treatment. Any suggestions/help would be incredibly appreciated.
