There is no PAWS hotline. If you are asking if PAWS can adopt your pet or if you can surrender your pet to PAWS -- PAWS will not accept your pets. Delaying the trip to the vet can make your pets condition worse and can lead to higher vet bills. Part and parcel of responsible pet ownership is taking ones pet to a vet regularly for annual check-up and vaccinations, and especially when they are showing signs of illness or injury. If you are on a budget, ask the vet for a discount or if you can make staggered payments.
