RESIST MORE OIL TRAINS! Crude oil reclassified by the industry as condensate, stabilization of crude oil before export (because ships cost more than rail cars when they blow up), and no minimum amount of U.S. condensate mixed with Canadian tar sands before export all add up to making the 40-year U.S. crude oil export ban obsolete. So with no public discussion [or legislation] or environmental review, the Obama administration just allowed the oil industry to make the fracking of U.S. oil more profitable, while also making it easier for the industry to export Canadian tar sands oil from U.S. ports.
