RESPONDNING TO: OUTRIGHT CHANCE FOR HON. OKOWA TO WIN DELTA STATE: DECAMP FROM PDP TO APC https://sphotos-b.xx.fbcdn.net/hphotos-prn1/p480x480/1016144_1385002771715084_2088987761_n.jpg OUTRIGHT CHANCE FOR HON. OKOWA TO WIN DELTA STATE: DECAMP FROM PDP TO APC Hon. Okowa is one of the contenders that will change Delta State because he respects and same time fears the rapt of lawlessness but he cannot win governorship chair if undecamped from PDP to APC. Person like Hon. Okowa if he wants to make change in delta state, he cannot continue to remain in a PDP which majority of the members are crook and murderer, loot/repatriate major income of nigeria and delta state and owe over 70 private jet planes, a criminal scale which nigeria has never experienced since 1914. With the rigging culture of PDP in Delta State there is no quality democratic electoral process. During the state wide election to elect the first Chairman of the National Conscience Party (NCP) the Urhobo, Ijew, Isekiri, Igbo, etc voted for Dr. Phillip Chukwuma Ofume to emerge as the first Chairman of NCP of Delta State. Then there was quality democratic electoral process then. Under APC democratic election will return to Delta state and Nigeria in general. Also in the United States there is no quality democratic electoral process. See limptinc.blogspot/2012/11/phillip-c-ofume-v-aaaa-civil-docket-no_22.html and also the election of President Barack Obama shows that there is no quality democratic electoral process in the United States. Because Dr. Ofume will change the snail and ineffective management of AAAA, and because of the matter of Ofume v. AAAA few days ago the highest court in America , The Supreme Court of the United States gave another catastrophic support decision in support of corrupt democratic process which will make Ofume v. AAAA to suffer defeat at the Supreme Court of the United States. The Supreme Court of the United States is using this decision to wait for Ofume v. AAAA appeal.
