MWR has free tickets to the Pro-Wrestling event which starts at 7pm Aug. 17 at Front Porch of the South on Veterans Parkway in Columbus. Matches will feature SPW champ Dirty Dave Tate and Da Hick; the Black Superman AJ Steele and Stalker; the Widow Maker and Shaun-O Evans; and a bunch of other really bad, really big dudes. There will also be activities for the kids that do not involve violence or blood. Representatives from the Gracie Barra BJJ will perform during intermission, and there’ll be plenty of time for photos and autographs. Pick up two free tickets starting today before 4pm at MWR headquarters on Eckel Avenue. That’s next door to TIC Credit Union and just down the street from Smith Fitness Center. You’ll find me on the second floor in the Marketing Department. If you miss the opportunity to get these free tickets, you’ll find them on sale at discounted prices at Tickets & Travel in the Commissary Mall.
