RESULTS! Id just like to give some praise to one of my clients who is coming to the end of a on and off 10 week training programme. The reason i say on and off is due to the fact that Joe couldnt make training sessions week in week out due to work priorities. HOWEVER Im sure he would agree with me when i say it was not an excuse to not follow a smart nutrition and training programme. In all fairness this Joe came to me relatively out of shape not eating, sleeping, training or relaxing enough, but i could tell he was determined to follow exactly what i advised and get some great results. From a aesthetic aspect he managed to drop 2 and a half suit sizes! Along with building some serious lean mass in a relatively short amount of time. From a performance aspect, the best way to put his progress into perspective is the fact that when he came to me he couldnt even pull himself up with the aid of resistance bands! Yet now he can hit 2-3 pull ups EASY at then END of a session! The best result of all though is the fact he has had a complete physical and mental change as well as being educated on basic nutrition and training of which will allow him to carry on his programme by himself and ensure a natural healthy lifestyle for the future. So id like to say WELL DONE to Joe and keep up the great work! I look forward to helping you with your goals in the future.
