REUNION ! - Ateneo de Manila Graduate School of Business, Masters Degree Program in Business Management (MBM), class of 1968 Classmate Joey Antonio (of the Century Properties conglomerate group of companies) and his spouse Gilda hosted some of his 51 (orig) MBM classmates for a Christmas reunion-dinner at the 71 Grams Resto atop the 71-floor Gramercy Residences Condo/Century Mall complex in Makati last Dec. 3. The classmates who were able to attend included, aside from Joey himself, the following : AIM Prof. Frankie Roman (who wanted to develop a case study on Century Properties for use at the AIM), Jerry Adevoso, Chito Lim, Jing de Vera, Edgie Eugenio, Julma Jaucian, Noel Dinio, Ed Doroy Lacson, and Mon Moore/Monggo Murillo (only 10 of us all in all) or 20% of the original first year class which consisted of college grads from Ateneo, La Salle, UST, San Beda, NU and other schools. Unfortunately, we have lost touch with many of our first year classmates (especially those who dropped out after the first year); others have migrated to foreign shores, while 1 or 2 have passed away. We are happy with whatever number of attendees we can get. The food was tasty-excellent; the company and conversation priceless; and the view of night-time Makati from 70 floors up amazing!
