REVIEW: ‘Distracted’ The local Wisdom Tooth Theatre Project opens its season as resident company at the IndyFringe Theatre with this thought-provoking play about parents finding that their son had ADHD, and what they do about it. The play’s frenetic pace, busy set changes done by the cast and loose relationship with the fourth wall, including “who am I in this?” moments and even an actor breaking character, are reflective of the frenzied, uncertain minds of the children at the center of the story. Notable are Amy Hayes and Ronn Johnstone as the mother and father of the hyper boy, and Susie Sullivan as a teen neighbor and babysitter who has deep issues of her own. Colin McCabe is a charming force of nature -- usually shouting off-stage -- as the son. Remaining performances are Thursday through Sunday at 719 E.
