REVIEW OF IMO STATE UNDER OKOROCHA Imo State does not have a niche in Buying and Selling - Trading We are not known for great markets such as Ochanja (Onistha), Main Market (Enugu) and Ariaria (Aba) We are not a technological haven like Nnewi Imo State does not have an edge with our agrarian policies and impact Imo State is not an economic and industrial hub and as such does not provide adequate employment for our teeming youth population We do not have an International Airport and have not leveraged on the opportunity of a Cargo/Domestic Airport We are not known for good roads and other social infrastructural facilities… We are not known for great health care delivery despite numerous doctors Local government system in Imo State has been supplanted and an idealist Fourth Tier Community Government was found dead on arrival… Our Traditional Institution has been browbeaten and emasculated so Ndi Imo suffer from cultural identity crises Imo State has not developed value for security of live and property… SO WHAT IS IMO STATE KNOWN FOR? EDUCATION, EDUCATION, EDUCATION!!! But even that has now eluded Imo State under OKOROCHA’S WATCH. Please give us back our stake in education, VOTE FOR IHEDIOHA in 2015… …AND ALL OTHER THINGS SHALL BE ADDED UNTO US!
