REVUE ASSISTS PARLIAMENTARY GROUP ON DRIVER SAFETY reVUE, the evidence-based driver training provider, is sharing it’s expertise and technology with the Parliamentary road safety group. The Manchester-based business has become a member of the Parliamentary Advisory Council for Transport Safety (PACTS) and has been invited to share insight at a technical working party on large vehicles and vulnerable road user safety. PACTS advises members of the House of Commons and the House of Lords on road, rail and aviation safety issues. It brings together safety professionals and legislators to identify research-based solutions to transport safety problems. reVUE was launched in 2013 to support commercial fleets to reduce the number of accidents and improve safety on the roads for other users. Using on-board CCTV cameras and recording technology, reVUE utilises driver footage and coaching intervention to minimise unsafe attitudes and behaviours among vehicle drivers.
