RGENTLY REQUIRMENT Client Interview for SALEM BALHAMER COMPANY Dammam INTERVIEW ON 16th OCTOBER 2014 IN DELHI Office INDIA We need employees as per below mentioned details:- We are a company manufacturing PVC pipes and fittings using extruders and other downstream equipments.We have silos,high speed mixers,16 extruder lines(both single and twin screw) ,injection moulding machines (90 nos),fabrication machines and grinders.Our daily output of PVC pipes is around 60 tons and fittings around 20 tons.The machines are from various companies such as Windsor,Kabra,Milacron,Battenfield,Neoplast,Cincinnati,T K Fedler,etc The employees should have experience in PVC pipes and fittings manufacturing factories Polymer Technologist :- 3 no Min Qualification:Diploma/Degree in Polymer tech Experience:7 to 10 years Age limit:30 to 40 years Salary Scale:5000 SAR The candidate should have experience in the following spheres:- Knowledge of Plastic raw materials (in particular PVC) and PVC additives,etc Knowlegde of PVC compounding using high speed mixers and processing parameters for compounding PVC. Manufacturing of RPVC pipes,elec conduit pipes,HDPE & LDPE pipes using Single & Twinscrew extruder handling & maintaince colour matching. Process monitoring and trouble shooting of PVC processing. Parameter setting and die setting of machines. Monitor wastage to reduce material wastage & purging. Modification of Compounds & process systems to achieve better production. PVC fittings processing technician:- 4 nos Min Qualification: Technical Course Certificate Experience:3 to 5 years in factory with 20 to 25 machines Age limit:25 to 32 years Salary Scale:SR 2500 – SR 3000 The candidate should have experience in the following spheres:- Knowledge of Plastic raw materials (in particular PVC) and PVC additives,etc Knowlegde of PVC compounding using high speed mixers and processing parameters for compounding PVC. Knowledge of moulds,moulds setting and fittings processing Industrial Electronic/Electrical Technician:- 5 nos Min Qualification:Diploma Experience:2 years Age limit:23 to 30 years Salary Scale:sr 2500 The candidate should have experience in the following spheres:- Trouble shooting and maintainance of thyrister control panels and drives and all types of switch gears. Setting and trouble shooting of PLC units,electrical control panels,etc Knowledge of control wiring and industrial wiring. Maintainance of AC & DC Drives. Fault finding & Calibration of Temp Controllers,digital counters,encoders,etc Extruder Operators:- 4 nos Min Qualification:Na, good English speaking and writing Experience:2 yrs Age limit:23 to 28 years Salary Scale:SR 1600 Remarks:- Knowledge of die setting, processing, realize variations, Having Experience on UPVC Pipe Making Machines, etc Storekeeper:- 3 nos Min Qualification:Graduate, good English speaking and writing Experience:5 yrs Age limit:25 to 30 years Salary Scale:SR 1700.00 Remarks:- Knowledge of managing factory stores- raw material and semi finished goods. Mechanical Technicians:- 4 nos Min Qualification: Technical Course/ Certificate, good English speaking and writing Experience: 3 yrs Age limit: 27 to 35 years Salary Scale: SR 1900.00 Remarks:- Knowledge of Installation, Maintenance of Plastic Injection and Extruder Machines., Knowledge of Hydraulics, Pneumatics of Plastic Machines. Mould Maintenance Technicians:- 3 nos Min Qualification: Technical Course/ Certificate Experience: 5 yrs Age limit:28 to 35 years Salary Scale:SR 1800.00 Remarks:- Knowledge of day to day Maintenance, Assembling/ Dis Assembling and experience in any injection molding shop of minimum 2 years. Mould Maintenance Engineer:- 3 nos Min Qualification: Engineering or Science Graduate/ Diploma, good English speaking and writing Experience:3 yrs in controlling Mould and Dies of UPVC Pipes and Fittings’ tool room of Reputed Organization. Age limit:27 to 35 years Salary Scale: SR 4000 Remarks:- Knowledge of Injection/Extrusion Dies & Mould Maintenance, Experience of Basic Tool Room Machinery operations. Data Entry Operators:- 4 nos Min Qualification: Certificate Course in Computer Applications Experience:2 year of relevant job in reputed firm. Age limit:22 to 30 years Salary Scale: SR 1800 Remarks:- Knowledge of Windows/Excel/Word/ Accounting Software. Industrial Safety Officer:- 3 nos Min Qualification: Certificate Course in Industrial Safety Experience:2 year of relevant job in reputed firm.
