RGN Deputy Manager / Assistant Manager RGN Deputy Home Manager Required for Lovely Nursing Home in Salisbury, Wiltshire £34,000 Per Annum Eclypse Recruitment is looking to recruit a strong and experienced RGN Deputy Home Manager for a 40 bedded nursing in Salisbury in Wiltshire. The home is part of an excellent group of care homes and nursing homes and is very eager to recruit a strong RGN deputy home manager to support the home manager. The home caters for elderly frail residents so ideally we are looking for a general nurse for the post of Deputy Manager. Our client is looking for a Deputy Home Manager who has the following experience:- Nursing Home Experience Experience of doing staff rotas Staff Management Excellent clinical knowledge Leadership skills A passion for elderly nursing in nursing homes We are looking for a candidate who has the following qualifications:- Registered General Nurse Ideally already has achieved NVQ 4 or willing to work towards this award Ideally a dementia course although this is not essential The home is looking to pay £34,000 for the successful deputy home manager in Salisbury in Wiltshire. You will have the opportunity to work with a really excellent home manager so if you are a deputy manager or an experienced nurse this is a great opportunity to learn more about management and leadership in nursing homes.
