RIA Community Trunk or Treat: Join your friends from the Rock Island Arsenal community Oct. 22, 4:15-5:30 p.m., for a fun family night of costumes, trunk decorating, and of course lots of candy and treats. We are now accepting registrations for trunkers who will park their vehicle in the Memorial Field parking lot, decorate their trunk, and pass out candy during the event. There will be awards for the best decorated trunks and costumes for all are highly encouraged. All participants are responsible for decorating their own trunks and purchasing their own store bought, individually wrapped, candy to be handed out.
