RIP Grandma Rose. I post this because I know several of the office folks were able to speak with her when shed call to talk with me. Folks sure got a kick out of her. She was always full of love, life, and energy and incredibly healthy through most of her elderly years. I remember about 10 years ago, when she was in her early 90s, she wanted to show me some gardening she had done in her back yard. There was a big ol rock in the path of the trail around the house and as I moved up to help her around it she simply jumped over it. I just shook my head and laughed. Incredible love of life. Always a loving birthday and Christmas card, every year, like clockwork. Never once, ever, a negative word, just compassion, love, joy, and understanding. She dearly loved her family. Grandma Rose passed away peacefully with family early this morning.
