RIP..... Neil Madore...........MY CO WORKER VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) - A 33-year-old man pulled from the water at the Virginia Beach Oceanfront Thursday afternoon has died. Virginia Beach 911 received a call at 1 p.m. about a man in the water, off shore at 24nd Street and Atlantic Avenue, who was not moving, EMS spokesman Ed Brazle told WAVY. When lifeguards brought the man to shore he was unconscious. The victim, identified as Neil Madore, was transported to Sentara Virginia Beach General Hospital where he was pronounced dead. Brazle said the cause of death has not been determined, but the case was classified as a drowning. Brazle said Madore lived in Toronto, Canada.
