💙RIP ZUMA ZOOMER💙 Fly free with the angels sweet boy, you are LOVED by so many!! 👼 Zuma underwent surgery today and once they had him under , it was determined that he did not have PRAA and after exploratory surgery, there was nothing surgically that could be repaired to enable Zuma to eat. It was determined that Zuma had a congenital defect of some sort that wasnt allowing him to swallow or get food down to his belly possibly neurologic. This is not something surgery could correct and we had no options for Zuma but to show him the biggest, most selfless act of love and let him go in peace. Zuma would have woken up in excruciating pain and would still be unable to eat and gain his strength. We could not have him suffer - starving to death AND in pain. Zuma went over rainbow bridge to be with his brother, Sunshine Sammy, around 4pm. We are all completely devastated and hysterical at the loss of such a special boy. Zuma knew love, had a full belly and had tons of hugs & kisses - he knew so much love - love that he never would have had at the neglectful home be came from. He lived life to the fullest - even playing last night with his favorite ball. We did not want him to suffer. He knew so much LOVE - if but only for a short time. We want to thank everyone for your prayers, donations and love. Also for trusting in us to do right by Zuma. We appreciate your support during this horrible time. I am so sorry, Zuma.
