RIP to the officers murdered by cowards in NY yesterday and to all the ones who have been and will be in the future. To my LE brothers and sisters: STAY ALERT, STAY ALIVE Sad that there are people who claim to deserve to be treated with dignity but target law enforcement, military and other groups because they threw a wrench in their criminal lifestyles. If you hate cops, then you probably shouldnt be on my friend list because I used to be one and most LE Ive known have been nothing but genuine and honorable. If that hasnt been your own experience then perhaps you should reassess your own actions and opinions. You just may well be wrong. Or ignorant of the entirety of things. You cant expect to know the truth about anything if youre only aware of part of its reality or if you base your opinions on the consequences you experienced due to your own actions. Own it. Dont try to hand it off to anyone else. While Im all for 1st Amendment rights, I dont have to tolerate that hatred shit on my own page so kindly delete me if youre one of those who plan to post that crap here. Any ignorant, hateful comments will result in your removal. Im tired of hearing that BS. There are many races, cultures and individuals whove been treated horribly by cops, military, FAMILY, etc. And as just one example, you dont see Native Americans out criminally targeting the US military or govt agents and creating a race and occupational war over the wrongs they suffered and still do. It comes down to values, honor and self respect. If you dont respect yourself enough to live a better way and choose to live a lifestyle that glues a more honorable label on you, then you cant blame anyone else for not recognizing who you claim to be. Your worth in societys eyes is determined by your actions and perspectives. If that isnt something you can deal with then feel free to go build a homestead out in the wilderness where you wont have to interact with other people. Dont expect everyone to be blind to what you demonstrate as your own truth. There are many ways a human being can be tortured in life. Most of those methods occur at home and never make the news. Playing the victim or vigilante hero for an entire race or culture has never and will never solve the problems that created the circumstances to begin with. The issues start with the individual and his or her choices. At some point people have to make a choice to either feed the fire or live a different way no matter what comes in life. If Id taken the road Id been shown in my own life, Id be a statistical failure. And in prison. I promise. Dont make excuses for yourself. Im sick of hearing about how people consider themselves victims of one group or label or another while they break the law and instigate conflict for themselves either directly or by remaining in a lifestyle or geographical area that assures them the conflict they claim to want to put an end to. Change your mind, relocate and put the gun down. Stop acting like an idiot. Its really pretty simple. Whats complicated is all the ways a persons emotional connection to their experiences can create an internal war. That war belongs to the individual. No one else. Get help if you cant figure out things on your own. Lifes rough for most people. Hardship doesnt entitle anyone to a sympathy card. If you want a situation to change.....CHANGE IT. But demonstrate some dignity and take the higher ground when you make the attempt. If you want to be treated fairly and as someone who deserves respect, then BE THAT. Dont expect the few bad apples out there to recognize you as any different than they know they themselves are if youre out operating with the same ideals they hold onto. It starts with a change in perspective. If youre unwilling to change the way you look at and analyze things youll stay stuck in the cycle you embrace. Blame yourself, not society or racism or anything else. Those are all illusory constructs, anyway. You, the person are the only thing thats real.
