** RISING KOKAN CRICKET LEAGUE 2013 *** Tournament will commence on 30th Aug till 20 Sep 2013. Drawdate will be announced soon.* Only 30 teams will be participating on first cum first serve basis.* No players from Oman Cricket A, B Division allowed to play.* The Tournament will be played on knock out cum League basis. 30 teams will play knock out round. After first round 15 winning teams will qualify for the league round.* All ICC rules to be followed, including free hit for the footfault.* The team will consist of 14 players (11+3). Every team mustgive 14 players list while registration and no changes in names will beallowed.* Umpire decision will be the last & final.* In case of tie in league matches ball out rule will beapplicable.* In case of tie in knock out stage ball out rule will be adopted. If tie in Quarter, Semi & Final super overrule will be adopted.* All teams are requested to report 15 min before the scheduledtime.* Keeping gloves are not allowed.* While delivering the ball, if the ball gets broken/damaged,then that ball will be considered as a positive delivery.
